NST (neurostructural integration technique) is a highly effective professional bodywork technique that encourages auto regulation in the spinal column, and therefore throughout the whole body. NST works by stimulating the neuromuscular system by using gentle rolling movements over the muscles, fascia, and tendons throughout the body. These gentle movements encourage the body to realign itself into its’ proper state, therefore elevating pain and discomfort.

NST is not massage therapy and it does not consist of any kind of cracking of the bones. It is a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

NST takes between 45 minutes to an hour depending on how many parts of the body need to be worked with.

A session cost is $75.00.
